The primary specialty of Nizan Inbar Project Management (1992) Ltd., since its founding, has been the construction of hotels of and international Scale and standard in Israel and abroad. The considerable expertise that the company has amassed in building hotels for global chains has helped entrepreneurs obtain a quality, functional, economically viable product. This is a result of the involvement of a skilled and experienced staff in complex construction projects that include dozens of contractors and suppliers. Thus, our cumulative expertise is used in the construction of hotels. Many Eastern European entrepreneurs with no connection to Israel have approached our company, based on investigations they conducted, to build hotels for them

Our wide-ranging expertise in the area of complex multi-system projects like hotels has provided great assistance in dealing with other projects as well, in all areas of civil engineering.


Additional Projects
 
Novo
Novo Restaurant and Hotel will be executed on the roof of the Irina Mall and attached to the Herzliya Marina. The Novo restaurants in New York, London and Paris are considered to be of the finest in the world. Established in partnership between the Japanese chef Novo and the actor Robert DeNiro, Hotel Novo in Herzliya will consist of 279 suite units and be the first Novo Hotel in the world and the first Novo restaurant in Israel.
The design of the hotel is being done by Ranni Zis and the interior is being done by the well-known interior designer David Rockwell from New York.
 
Kishle Hotel
Located at the northern entrance to Jaffa next to the clock tower. Renovation of existing buildings, addition of stories, and transformation of the existing police structure into a magnificent boutique hotel including a swimming pool on the hotel’s roof and a magnificent spa.


 		 
Lily Elstein’s Craft Center Hotel
Construction of a crafts hotel which contains c. 160 rooms, including public spaces, an elegant spa, a concert and performance hall seating 1300 people, landscape development, and swimming pools.


 
Hittim Village Hotel
Construction of a resort and golf hotel, including the construction of c. 400 one-story villas with landscape development, swimming pools for each villa and a public one, public spaces which include restaurants, event halls, a magnificent spa, and an 18-hole golf course.

 		 
Country Club Hotel
Construction of a c. 100 room hotel including public spaces and a magnificent spa.
