The primary specialty of Nizan Inbar Project Management (1992) Ltd., since its founding, has been the construction of hotels of and international Scale and standard in Israel and abroad. The considerable expertise that the company has amassed in building hotels for global chains has helped entrepreneurs obtain a quality, functional, economically viable product. This is a result of the involvement of a skilled and experienced staff in complex construction projects that include dozens of contractors and suppliers. Thus, our cumulative expertise is used in the construction of hotels. Many Eastern European entrepreneurs with no connection to Israel have approached our company, based on investigations they conducted, to build hotels for them

Ramada Renaissance Hotel
Jerusalem-style building, unique masonry.

 		 
Hyatt Regency Hotel
Located at the northern end of the health and resort vacation area at Ein Bokek. Contains 600 rooms. The hotel has one of the largest spas in Israel, encompassing an area of 4,500m2 and including indoor and outdoor saltwater pools, sulfur pools, treatment rooms, special treatment rooms, weight room, and squash court.

 
Crown Plaza Hotel
Originally hotelier Chaim Schiff’s Diplomat Hotel, it was acquired by Africa Israel and fundamentally renovated. The entire hotel, except for the skeleton was demolished and was then rebuilt – rooms, public spaces, and various systems. The renovations were conducted in a special operation that took just 13 months. 		 
King David Towers
Located on Tel Aviv’s beachfront, it contains 70 prestigious luxury apartments of different sizes. The building is 25 stories tall and includes public areas – a restaurant, café, swimming pool, and health club. There are 19 stories of residential units and a magnificent lobby entrance.

 		 
Carlton Hotel
The facades of the Carlton Hotel are built of concrete exposed to the adjacent sea. Despite difficult problems with corrosion, the hotel looks as good as new, almost 35 years after its construction. This is due to continuous treatment and proper maintenance that it has gotten through the years. The hotel was built during a period of massive hotel-building in Tel Aviv along Hayarkon St. by German investors. 		 
Ramada Continental Hotel
The Ramada Hotel was one of the first to be constructed along the beach in Tel Aviv. At the time, the method by which it was supported was quite innovative by international standards. The entire hotel stands on 6 pillars, such that it is supported by 6 poles, each 3m in diameter, which reach a depth of 40m and are thus submerged in sea water.
