Hotel at 5 Ohaliav St., Ramat Gan
Transformation of an existing 5-story office building, by adding an additional 5 stories, into an elegant boutique hotel, including a magnificent spa.
 		 
Kursi Hotel
Construction of the hotel as c. 120 single story units including private swimming pool for each unit. Construction of c. 150 air conditioned tents, implementation of public spaces which include spa, elegant restaurant, and landscape development including a public swimming pool.


 		 
2 Hotels & Marina in Turkish Cyprus
Hotel No. 1 – 224 rooms, public spaces, spa, and restaurants
Hotel No. 2 – 238 rooms, public spaces, spa, and restaurants

Bereshit Hotel
5-star hotel in the desert, 114 rooms, some with private swimming pools. The hotel includes: Lobby, restaurants, weight room, swimming pools, spa, and conference hall.

 		 
Palace Hotel
Magnificent 5-star hotel, combines preservation of the old hotel and new construction. The hotel contains 250 rooms and 35 magnificent apartments.

 		 
Crown Plaza City Center
Urban business hotel, 5-star, 273 rooms. The hotel is defined as a business hotel for businessmen and includes a parlor for business meetings. The hotel has spacious meeting rooms, advanced multimedia, dining room, and lounge. Floor 14-17 contain the magnificent suites, with innovative, modern design. From the hotel rooms, guests can look out over Greater Tel Aviv and the sea. Located in the center of Tel Aviv, adjacent to the train station and shopping mall.
