The primary specialty of Nizan Inbar Project Management (1992) Ltd., since its founding, has been the construction of hotels of and international Scale and standard in Israel and abroad. The considerable expertise that the company has amassed in building hotels for global chains has helped entrepreneurs obtain a quality, functional, economically viable product. This is a result of the involvement of a skilled and experienced staff in complex construction projects that include dozens of contractors and suppliers. Thus, our cumulative expertise is used in the construction of hotels. Many Eastern European entrepreneurs with no connection to Israel have approached our company, based on investigations they conducted, to build hotels for them

Hyatt Regency Hotel
Erected by the Feinsod and Reimers families of Mexico City on the border between East and West Jerusalem, overlooks the Mount of Olives and the Hebrew University. The entrepreneurs’ vision was to create a bridge between Arabs and Jews, but the intifadehs dashed those hopes. The hotel’s design fits nicely into the landscape. Constructed of Jerusalem stone and including a spa and broad public spaces, in accordance with Hyatt’s international standard. 		 
Sharbat Magic Palace Hotel
The hotel contains 330 rooms, including 12 grand suites. The hotel has a health club, event hall, magnificent playroom, and subterranean parking garage. 		 
Laguna Members
Located on the eastern part of the Laguna Peninsula in Eilat’s North Beach, the project contains 50 vacation units with a net area of c. 80m2 and anchorage for boats adjacent to each unit. The building is comprised of two wings which face each other and frame an inner courtyard. 		 
Meridian Hotel
248 Suites with 2-3 rooms each. The hotel is constructed from two wings on the shore with an entrance building in between. The entrance building has two public floors: the entry level has the lobby and lounge, and the ground floor has the dining room. The hotel has a pool, multi-purpose hall, restaurant with private lounge, health club, and playroom. 		 
Havat Habaron Hotel
A unique building terraced on the slope of a mountain facing the sea. The main upper building includes reception, lobby, restaurant, bar, and indoor and outdoor pool. The hotel contains 180 suites. 		 
The Scots Hotel
Refurbishment of an existing hotel building, includes public spaces and the construction of a new hotel wing. 145 rooms and a church.
