The company specializes in the construction of magnificent extremely luxurious offices for different functions, such as banks, hi-tech firm, commercial corporations, and public and private entities. The company has conducted and is conducting a significant portion of luxury office construction in Tel Aviv, and is also constructing large office buildings in Kiev, Ukraine, while giving maximum attention to the quality and economy of the construction. Company engineers are active and impact the design, the program, and the functionality of the buildings in close coordination and collaboration with the architect and other designers and consultants.



Tadiran Corporate Administration
Tadiran corporate administration building. One of the first in the country with curtain walls.

 		 
Elbit Systems –Building 8
Interior construction and electromechanical systems.

 		 
Ziv Towers
Office building for hi-tech companies. Management, coordination, and supervision, including electromechanical and communication systems. Magnificent office building containing offices for hi-tech companies. Total area of the project is 100,000m2, constructed in two main phases.

 		 
Israel Electric Company
Main office building of Israel Electric Company Ltd.

 		 
The Kirya Tower
Supervised the construction of the entire complex, including electromechanical, communications, and audio-visual systems. Amongst the most complicated buildings from a communications system perspective in all of Israel.

Building A – is an office building for the Ministry of Defense and IDF.

Building B – building devoted to the Air Force and Intelligence Corps.

Building C – serves as the energy hub of the entire Kirya base


 		 
Israel Police – District Staff
Office building to serve the entire Yarkon region, including: offices, parking lots, detention cells, auditorium, shooting range. Management, coordination, and supervision over the construction of the project, including electromechanical systems and communications. The job included high-quality building while coordinating the program with the logistical planning division of the police, subterranean parking lot and above-ground parking lot, development work inside the complex, and coordination with efforts to develop the roads.
